Cory Suarez’s love for fitness began at an early age of 15. As a result, she inspired to pursue certifications in many different elements of fitness. She’s certified in group training, one-on-one personal training, Pilates, Yoga, TRX, kickboxing, and barre, to name a few. Cory prides herself on taking a bit from each of her different fitness experiences and tying that together to produce creative and one-of-a-kind workouts. She thrives on seeing lives change and knowing that everyone had fun in the process.

How did you get into fitness?

I danced growing up and basically lived at our community athletic center just doing all kinds of classes and weight training.

What do you like to do on the weekends?

Go out to eat, watch movies, and sleep in.

What inspires you?

Music, people and god.

What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?

Listen to music, warm up and stretch!

What has motivated you to become a trainer?

I love fitness and people. After knowing that, I realized I could help people.

How do you motivate others?

Positive affirmations and high fives.
