Jermelle also known as J-Rambo, has been a NASM certified trainer for over 5 years. His passion for fitness grew after he hired a trainer himself for an acting role. That experience turned him into a fitness fiend. Each class of Jermelle’s is composed of fitness, entertainment, motivation and lots of energy. He’s a father, he’s an actor, and he’ll soon be one of your favorite Inspire Fitness Studios trainers.

How did you get into fitness?
A while ago I hired a trainer for a role and I loved how it made me feel, so I decided I wanted to share that experience with other people.

What do you like to do on the weekends?
Hang out with my children at indoor parks. Fun right? Lol, I seriously do though!

What inspires you?
Art inspired me because you can be as creative as you want! There is never a wrong answer!

**** What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?****
I listen to a podcast on YouTube called “impact theory” it pumps me up mentally and Celsius heat pre-workout is also a winner.

What has motivated you to become a trainer?
That feeling I get when I help someone become the best version of themselves.**
