Sarah is a mom of two who made fitness her life after having her first child. As a single mother of two, the gym started out as a place for her to bring herself back to center and to lose some baby weight. Sarah is an inspired athlete due to her uncanny ability to be a devoted mother while also having contagious automic energy on and off her cycle. Sarah brings a fun and effective approach to her workouts. She’ll keep you engaged, smiling, dancing and forgetting that you’re even working as hard as you are.

Sarah or SarahSkyAva- or Sarah the Savage at times.

What do you like to do on the weekends?
Spend time with my two kids and I love to find different places to hike with my two pitbulls.

How did you get into fitness?
I gained 55 lbs with my first child... went to 24 hour to “get back in shape” was inspired by a turbo kick instructor - I went and got my group x certification started teaching and fell in LOVE with helping others with the same goals.

What inspires you?
My children! We as parents are the ultimate role models for children. Every word, movement and action has an effect. Lead by example.

What is your pre-workout routine?
Wake up and fuel my body (hydrate with water) eat plain yogurt or a banana with almond butter or avocado and toast. My three favorite options before a workout. I prepare my mind mentally and physically. I then find my focus do some stretching afill up my water container with lemon, ginger and cucumber.

How do you motivate others?
I give them ALLLL my energy and all my focus. It isn’t about me it’s about them.I give them that constant encouragement to live the very best life possible, through supporting them in looking and practicing good health habits.. and BEING as FIT as possible.. lead by example.

I always switch up my music, so you will never be bored... but currently I feed off the energy of the class - and the top 5 are,

What healthy foods do you hate?
Protein bars - protein cookies... yuck! They are way too dry and do nothing for me.
