I like going by Shayler. I really love my whole name.
How did you get into fitness?
I have always been into sports and been competitive in high school, I went to college for cross country and after I was done I wanted to do something to challenge myself. So I stared looking up and following fitness pages. The funny thing is I only weighed 99 lbs when I graduated high school!
What do you like to do on the weekends?
I really love to RELAX. My favorite is to wake up whenever I want, start the pot of coffee, put on forensic files and just lay around. Then, of course get to work later and head to the gym or have an off day and go somewhere out to eat that I haven’t been.
What inspires you?
Being a better version of myself everyday and molding myself to anything I want.
What’s your pre-workout routine or ritual?
My pre-workout routine usually starts with me eating one of my meals (chicken, green beans and red potatoes) which I love! Then a hour nap. After I wake up I make my drink (creatine pre-powder mixed with water). Then I drive to the gym say my little prayer that I do everyday, that goes “ God blesses my workout routine and helps me do my best.” And off I go!

- Don't Trust - Mike WiLL Made-It
- Trend Setter - Lil Boosie
- Out of My Mind - Stitches
